MTB on Snow Championships

If you are missing summer MTB days at Coronet Peak, this event is for you! This is your chance to shred snow, not dirt, in a one-day, three-stage battle of skill, guts, and speed.

Registration & Briefing

• 7am registration and race plate collection on the deck.
• 7.45am race briefing

Super G

• 8am first chair.
• 2 lift Coronet Express uploads (must hold your bike for ~10min).
• 8.15 first rider sets off, then self-seeded, 30-second drops.
• This event will take place on the M1.

Based on conditions, the course may be moved to the lower M1, accessed via Meadows chairlift.

Mass Start

• Immediate lift load after your Super G lap, then it’s every rider for themselves.
• Depending on numbers, we’ll split into Male/Female or Open/Junior.
• First to the bottom wins.
• This event will take place on the M1.

Based on conditions, the course may be moved to the lower M1, accessed via Meadows chairlift.

Dual Slalom

• 10:30am Meadows upload → short push to Eighth Basin.
• Two runs, best time wins.
• Self-seeded. Push up between runs.

Exit down The Big Easy.

Prizegiving

On the deck, 60 mins after the final run. Roughly 12-1pm.

Rider Information

A full-face helmet is required.

• Long pants, long sleeves & gloves are mandatory for all competitors.

Uplifts with your bike are included in registration.
