Student 3 day + Free Night Ski Pass

Valid at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt ski resorts.

Full mountain access from 9am – 4pm for 3 days and 1 free Night Ski Pass for Coronet Peak.

Night Ski operates on Wednesday & Friday nights from 24 June to 4 September and Saturday 11th and 18th during July school holidays, subject to conditions.

Student Pass Eligibility: You must be enrolled full-time (minimum 32 weeks in a calendar year) with a New Zealand or Australian tertiary institute, or New Zealand secondary institution.

Proof of student status must be validated before the pass can be used.

Or use one of your Spring Pass days for Night Skiing at Coronet Peak when you ride from 1:00pm on scheduled Night Ski days. Simply contact our Guest Services team to arrange.
 
Spring Passes can only be used from 1 September until the end of the season.

5 and 6 day Spring Passes do not need to be used on consecutive days.

The Unlimited Spring Pass is valid to use any day from 1 September.

Join a lucky few to carve untouched corduroy from the Coronet Express chairlift between 8 and 9am with the sun rising over the Wakatipu basin.

Learner Area Pass

Still getting comfortable on the snow and practicing your turns? Starting off with a lesson is best but if you're just after a Lift Pass we recommend a Learners Area Pass to give you access at great value to our surface conveyor lifts from 9am - 4pm.

From 12:30pm you'll be able to ride Meadows Express chairlift at Coronet Peak or Alta Chair at The Remarkables.

Parent Pass

Our Parent Pass is designed for two parents to share throughout the day (9am - 4pm) to access the mountain one at a time while the other parent looks after the family. We recommend getting you passes sorted in our Snow Centre in Queenstown the day before you head up the mountain.

2 Hour Pass

When time is short but you still need your fix! Catch a 2 Hour Pass for 120 minutes of shredding between 9am and 4pm.

Peak Gondola Pass

Sit back and enjoy a Gondola ride to world famous views overlooking the Wakatipu Basin and back to the main divide of the Southern Alps. Winter sightseeing is available daily from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Enclosed sturdy footwear is required. Boot rental is available at Coronet Peak. Peak Gondola Passes can be purchased at our Snow Centre in Queenstown (25 Shotover Street) or from Guest Service on-mountain. Availability is subject to conditions and can change throughout the day, please check the Snow Report on our website for updates and to confirm if sightseeing is open, prior to travel to the ski area.

Sledding & Sightseeing

A winter experience perfect for the whole family! Enjoy a day on the slopes at Coronet Peak - no skis required. Your adventure includes a scenic gondola ride to Coronet Peak summit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views from our viewing platform. Once you're done taking in the view, we'll kit you out with a toboggan where you can cruise, slide, and spin your way down our designated snow play area. This is a pass perfect for families who want that magical snow experience without the skiing or boarding. Sledding & Sightseeing passes can be purchased at our Snow Centre in Queenstown (25 Shotover Street) or from Guest Service on-mountain. Availability is subject to conditions and can change throughout the day. FAQs

I've bought my Lift Pass, Where Do I Get My Ticket?

All of your products will be loaded to your MyPass Card. This is essentially your ticket to the mountain, to access the lifts at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables or Mt Hutt you will need a MyPass Card assigned to your profile with your products loaded onto it.

Skied with us before?

  • Great, welcome back! If you already have your MyPass card, you can use this again to access our lifts, pick up your rentals, or to join your Snowsports lesson.

Purchased online?

  • You can collect your MyPass Card by scanning the barcode in your confirmation email at one of our Kiosks or by visiting Guest Services.
  • Using the Kiosk: Simply scan the barcode in your confirmation email and the Kiosk will print your MyPass card - from there you can head straight to the lift. 

Queenstown Snow Centre:

  • If you're planning to visit Coronet Peak or The Remarkables in Queenstown, we recommend you collect your MyPass card in advance at The Snow Centre at 25 Shotover Street.

We recommend you collect your MyPass Card the day before you head up the mountain from the Queenstown Snow Center to skip any queues.

How does a Saver Pass work?

A Saver Pass provides full mountain lift access at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables, and Mt Hutt.

Blackout Dates: Cannot be used from 4 - 19 July 2026 at Coronet Peak or The Remarkables. Saver Passes can be used any day outside of this period. Blackout period does not apply to Mt Hutt.

Ski All Day/Night: Enjoy full mountain access from 9am – 4pm or start late and ski Coronet Peak from 1pm – 9pm and take in the magic of skiing under the stars.

Night Ski runs at Coronet Peak 4-9pm every Wednesday and Friday from 24 June to 4 September 2026 and Saturday 11th and 18th during July school holidays (weather permitting).
